The Management of Mariant Hotels aims to fully meet the needs of its clients through the high quality of its services and its solid environmental, social, and community performance. At Mariant Hotels, we recognize the importance of environmental conservation.

For this reason, we have implemented mechanisms to monitor our environmental performance, ensuring proper environmental protection through continuous improvement of processes and practices that prevent, reduce, and control our potential environmental impacts. Compliance with legal regulations is considered our minimum standard.

In line with our environmental policy, we focus particularly on the following aspects:

Use of renewable energy: We promote the use of renewable energies, such as solar energy, and we have a 115,92 kWp photovoltaic plant to provide clean energy to our facilities.
Minimizing water consumption: We work continuously to reduce water consumption in our facilities.
Waste management: We are committed to separating and recycling our waste as much as possible.
Sustainable purchasing: We take environmental aspects into account when acquiring any product.

Mayatan SL receives a grant to install photovoltaic panels. The Ministry of Business, Employment and Energy has awarded a grant of €50,674.43, within the framework of the European Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. This funding will be used for the installation of photovoltaic solar panels on the company’s roof. This installation will enable energy self-consumption and will be connected to the grid.

The photovoltaic panel installation project is part of the incentive program linked to self-consumption and storage, using renewable energy sources, in the services sector and other productive sectors of the economy, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
